影像学检查方法在糖尿病足微循环灌注评估中的应用与进展

摘要 糖尿病是以血糖升高为主的伴有多系统并发症的慢性代谢性疾病。糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病严重的并发症,影响长期的生活质量。目前检查金标准是数字减影血管造影,同时可以进行血管内成形术,但是即使成功的血运重建后,部分患者仍然溃疡愈合失败而导致截肢。因此,运用影像学方法早期检测糖尿病足部灌注情况,评估组织愈合潜力对治疗DF具有重要指导意义。除常规检查方法外,越来越多的影像新技术运用到DF微循环的检查中,从而为临床进行早期预防和干预、制定诊疗计划、监测疾病发展、评估新型治疗技术如血管生成细胞治疗、干细胞移植等的功效。 Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease with multiple systemic complications. Diabetic foot (DF) is a serious complication of diabetes and affects long-term quality of life. The current gold standard is digital subtraction angi- ography,while angioplasty can be performed, but even after successful revascularization, some patients still suffer ulcer dis- union and amputation. Therefore, the early imaging methods to detect diabetic foot perfusion, assessment of tissue healing potential has great significance. In addition to routine examination methods, more and more new imaging techniques are applied to detect DF microcirculation, so as to realize early clinical prevention and intervention, make treatment plan,monitor disease development, assess new treatment techniques such as angiogenesis cell therapy and stem cell transplantation.
