从需求牵引与技术推动角度阐述了数据链系统与卫星应用领域融合的必要性及发展趋势。为了促进体系化发展,提出了卫星数据链系统的概念内涵,分析了星载实现方式及融合设计思路对系统战术应用功能及保障能力的影响,探讨了卫星数据链的总体定位及体系设计思路等问题。

Aimed at the demand reaction and the technology pushing, the necessity and the devel-opment trend of the integration of the data link system and the satellite application are presented. To promote the development of the system, the concept of the satellite data link system is dis-cussed, the influences of the satellite implementation method and the integrated design thinking on the system tactical application function and the security ability are analyzed. Some views on overall design for the satellite data link system are presented.
