摘要 针对由水驱转变为聚合物驱过程中的产液指数的变化规律问题,通过物理模拟实验的手段研究不同注聚含水率时机、不同聚合物黏度、不同渗透率条件以及不同浓度表面活性剂影响条件下的聚合物驱产液指数变化。实验结果表明,由水驱转为聚合物驱过程中,产液指数变化整体上经历水驱上升段、聚驱速降段、聚驱缓降段以及聚驱回返段4个阶段。聚合物驱阶段的产液指数下降幅度主要受注聚含水率时机以及聚合物溶液黏度的影响。聚合物驱产液指数由最大值下降到最小值对应的注入孔隙体积之差受聚合物溶液黏度、渗透率条件以及表面活性剂浓度的影响。研究结果对于判定聚合物驱合理产液下降幅度、甄别聚堵生产井、预测产液下降周期等具有一定的指导意义。 Focusing on the liquid productivity index in the process of water flooding turns into polymer flooding,the variation laws of liquid productivity index in different parameters,which include polymer injection timing,polymer solution viscosity,permeability and surfactant content are studied with physical simulation experiment. The experimental results show that there are four phases for the liquid productivity index in the process of water flooding turns into polymer flooding: water flooding increasing phase,polymer flooding rapid decreasing phase,polymer flooding gradually decreasing phase and polymer flooding increasing phase. The decreasing range of polymer flooding liquid productivity index is mainly affected by polymer injection timing and polymer solution viscosity. The pore volume difference between the liquid productivity index maximum value and minimum is mainly affected by polymer solution viscosity,permeability and surfactant content. The experimental results can afford guides for the reasonable estimation of polymer flooding liquid production decreasing range,screening polymer blockages production well and forecasting of polymer flooding liquid production decreasing period.
