摘要
介绍了一种新型组装式对拉GFRP止水螺栓,并通过抗渗性能试验,分析了止水环尺寸对渗透路径及对螺栓杆与混凝土粘结界面渗流特性的影响。结果表明,组装式止水环可以有效提高新型对拉螺栓的抗渗性能;止水环厚度、止水环内径与螺栓杆外径的差值对环-混凝土界面渗透性能有重要影响;止水环内径宜比螺栓杆外径小3~5 mm。
This article introduces a new assembled pull GFRP seal bolt, and analyses influences of seal ring size on seepage path and seepage characteristics of bolt-concrete bonding interface by impermeability test. The results show that assembled seal ring can effectively improve impermeability of new pull bolt; the thickness and the difference between inside diameter of the ring and diameter of the boh have important influences on permeability of ring-concrete interface; the inside diameter of the ring may be 3-5 mm smaller than the diameter of the bolt.
