摘要
随着玻璃幕墙的广泛使用,人们对硅酮结构密封胶的耐久性提出了更高的要求。本文参照GB 16776和ETAG002—2012,考察了硅酮结构密封胶与粉末喷涂、氟碳喷涂及铬化处理铝合金,在浸水7 d、清洁剂溶液浸泡21 d、1 008 h水-紫外以及酸雾盐雾老化后粘结性能的变化,并将参照不同标准的试验结果进行了对比。
With the widespread use of glass curtain wall, higher requirements on durability of the silicone structural sealant have been put forward. Refer to GB 16776 and ETAG 002--2012, this article investigated the changes of adhesive properties between silicone structural sealant and aluminum alloys with powder spray coating, fluorocarbon spraying and chrome treatment, respectively after soaking 7 d, cleaner solution soaking 21 d, water-UV aging 1 008 h, acid fog and salt fog aging. And the test results with different standards are compared.
