摘要
针对陆基武器装备发展需求,研究了一种基于六轮独立驱动装甲车辆,对其整车基本结构、轮毂电机性能、动力电池容量和整车续驶里程等参数进行匹配设计。采用ADVISOR建立轮毂电机独立驱动型装甲车辆动力系统模型,并对其进行了仿真分析。然后通过自行设计的装甲车辆样车进行了实车试验。最终对样车试验数据与仿真结果进行对比分析,验证了该装甲车辆动力性参数匹配设计的合理性,为以后军用无人装甲车辆的设计与研究奠定一定的理论基础。
Aiming at the development demand of land-based weapon equipment,which is based on the sixwheel independent drive armored vehicle,studies a matching design about the basic structure of the vehicle,the wheel motor performance,the power battery capacity and the vehicle driving range. The dynamic system model of the wheel drive vehicle is established by using ADVISOR,and the simulation analysis is carried out. Then,the actual vehicle test is carried out by self-designed armored vehicle prototype. Finally,the test data and simulation results are compared and analyzed. Which proves the rationality of the armored vehicle's dynamic parameters matching design,and lays a theoretical foundation for the design and research of military unmanned armored vehicles.
