摘要
造纸白泥烧结页岩多孔砖是作为解决造纸厂碱回收过程产生大量的白泥而研发的一种新型墙体材料,因该砖在材料性能方面与普通砖存在差异,作为填充墙使用时其抗压强度计算没有相应公式。为了验证砌体规范抗压强度计算公式,通过取强度等级为MU5、MU7.5的砂浆,分别制作6组砌体进行其砌筑砌体的抗压性能试验。通过研究其破坏过程,得出其砌体抗压强度;并验证了此砖砌体可以用《砌体结构设计规范》中的计算公式计算其抗压强度。同时研究了造纸白泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体的变形性能。通过分析,绘制出其应力-应变曲线,得出其弹性模量。
Papermaking white clay sintered porous brick shale is as a paper mill alkali recovery process to produce large amounts of white mud and research and development of a new type of wall materials,because of the brick in material performance differences common brick,used as a filler wall when its compressive strength does not have a corresponding formula calculation. In order to verify the formula for calculating the compressive strength of the masonry specification,strength grade for MU5,MU7. 5 mortar was taken,respectively the papermaking white clay sintering production 6 groups of masonry shale porous brick masonry masonry compression test,by studying the process of damage. It is concluded that compressive strength of masonry,the brick masonry is verified and can be used in "masonry structure design code"calculation formula to calculate the compressive strength. The papermaking white clay sintered shale were studied the deformation properties of porous brick masonry,through the analysis,draw the stress-strain curve,it is concluded that the elastic modulus.
