基于路面使用性能可靠性的检测周期优化研究

摘要 针对常规定周期检测与路面使用性能变化规律不一致的问题,考虑道路罩面前后路面使用性能指标的变化,利用已有检测数据对路面使用性能指标进行预测及动态修正。在统计分析多条高速公路检测结果的基础上,采用二项关系式拟合均值-方差的关系,建立路面性能指标均值-方差的可靠性模型。基于可靠性理论和优化技术,以规范规定的某性能指标最低可接受限值为约束条件,最终得到了该检测指标的最佳检测时机。以京秦高速为例,计算得出路面各指标最佳检测周期。结果表明:该模型计算结果误差较小,符合路面使用性能衰变规律。 To deal with the problem of inconformity between the routine fixed cycle detection and the change rule of pavement usability,after considering the change of the use of pavement before and after performance indexes,a reliable model of mean-variance pavement performance indexes are built up based on the relationship between the mean-variance,which is fitted by the binomial relation with the statistical analysis of the results of multiple expressways. According to reliability theory and optimization technique,under the limitation of a certain performance indicator stipulated by the norm,there comes the optimal detection period about this detection index.Take the Jing-Qin( Beijing to Qin Huangdao) Highway as an example,the optimum detection cycle of the road indexes was calculated. The results show that the calculation result of this model is small. Which is consistent with the law of pavement usability deterioration.
