摘要
陶瓷盖板式一体化热防护系统(Integral Thermal Protection Systems,ITPS)具有多层结构,材料物理性能差异大,其表面承受气动热和气动压力的共同作用,同时在外边界还具有辐射、对流换热等。提出在ITPS表面同时施加温度和力载荷方法,应用数值分析方法给出最佳的力加载区域,最后对试验结果与数值分析结果进行比较,二者误差在8%以内。对于ITPS的结构优化设计具有较好的理论参考价值。
Ceramic plate type integral thermal protection system( ITPS) with multilayer structure,the difference of physical properties of the materials,the bearing surface aerodynamic interaction of thermal and pneumatic pressure,while the outer boundary is radiation and convection heat transfer. The method of temperature and force loading is put forward on the surface of ITPS,and the optimum loading area is given by numerical analysis method.Finally,the experimental results are compared with the results of numerical analysis,and the two errors are less than 8%. It has a good theoretical reference value for the structural optimization design of ITPS.
