2016版《甲状腺结节超声诊断指南》在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨《2016版甲状腺超声诊断指南》中列举的超声特征在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别中的应用价值。方法对150例患者共203个甲状腺结节行二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检查,根据《2016版甲状腺超声诊断指南》中列举的超声特征在甲状腺良恶性结节的超声特征,结合穿刺活检病理或手术结果行单因素分析,分析其诊断意义。结果恶性结节75个,良性结节128个,良、恶性结节在包膜、边界、回声水平、钙化、后方衰减、声晕、血流方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论《2016版甲状腺超声诊断指南》在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别中具有较高的实用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of diagnosis guider of thyroid nodules in 2016 with ul-trasound with ultrasound in the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with 203 thyroid nodules underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound, according to the sonographic features of benign and malignant thyroid nodules in diagnostic guide lists of 2016 edition. The nodules were analyzed combined with biopsy or surgical results of single factor analysis. Results There were 75 ma-lignant nodules, 128 benign nodules, a total of 9 variables were analyzed by univariate analysis the capsule, bound-ary, echo level, calcification, posterior attenuation, acoustic halo and blood flow, all difference was statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion The 2016 edition of the guidelines for the diagnosis of thyroid ultrasound is of high practical value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.【
