磁共振成像在良恶性卵巢肿瘤中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)在卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2011年9月至2016年1月在我院病理确诊的卵巢肿瘤患者67例,所有患者均行MRI检查。结果经MRI确诊良性卵巢肿瘤灵敏度、特异度为95%、98%;对恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断灵敏度和特异度为100%、95%。恶性卵巢肿瘤MRI主要表现为不规则实性或囊性肿块,明显强化,良性卵巢肿瘤主要表现为规则囊性肿块,无或轻度强化。良性肿瘤增强扫描主要表现为Ⅱ类曲线,恶性肿瘤大多表现为Ⅰ类曲线,组间差异存在显著性(P<0.05);此外,良性卵巢肿瘤第1分钟强化率明显低于恶性肿瘤患者,达峰时间较恶性肿瘤患者长,组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 MRI成像技术用于良恶性卵巢肿瘤的鉴别具有较高的价值,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Sixty-seven patients with ovarian tumors diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from June 2011 to 2016 in January were selected and all patients were examined by MRI. Results The sensitivity and specificity of MRI diagnosis of benign ovarian tumors were 95% and 98%. The sensitivity and specifici-ty for malignant ovarian tumors were between 100% and 95%. Malignant ovarian tumors MRI mainly showed irregular solid or cystic masses, significantly enhanced, benign ovarian tumors mainly showed regular cystic masses, no or mild enhancement. Benign tumor enhancement mainly for the II curve of malignant tumor is mostly I curve, there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05); in addition, benign ovarian tumor was significantly lower than that of the first minute enhancement rate in patients with malignant tumor, the peak time is relatively long in patients with malignant tumor, significant difference existed between groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI imaging technique is valuable in the differentiation of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
