摘要
目的探讨脑脉络膜裂囊肿的CT与磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现及诊断价值。方法结合文献对20例脑脉络膜裂囊肿CT与MRI影像学表现进行回顾性分析,其中MRI检查15例,CT检查5例,增强扫描3例。结果 20例囊肿均位于脉络膜裂内,右侧12例。左侧8例,轴位、冠状面、矢状面均表现为边界清晰的囊性病变,周围无水肿,以冠状面显示较好;病灶大部分呈圆形或椭圆形,少部分呈条形、三角形;MRI表现呈长T1长T2信号,液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)呈低信号,CT表现为边界较清低密度灶,增强扫描未见强化。结论MRI、CT均可做出诊断,尤其是MRI多平面成像更容易明确诊断,并能够与其他囊性病变相鉴别。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI imaging findings and diagnostic value of choroidal fis-sure cyst. Methods The imaging features of CT and MRI in 20 patients with choroidal fissure cyst were analyzed ret-rospectively, including 15 cases of MRI examination, 5 cases of CT examination, and 3 cases of enhanced scan. Re-sults All the 20 cysts were located in choroidal fissure, and 12 cases were right. On the left side in 8 cases, axial, coronal and sagittal showed cystic lesion with clear boundary, without peripheral edema, in coronal plane shows better; most lesions were round or oval, a small part of a bar and triangle; MRI showed a long T1 and long T2 signal, FLAIR showed low signal, CT is with clear boundary and low density lesions, no enhancement scan. Conclusion MRI and CT can be used for diagnosis, especially MRI multi planar imaging is easier to make definite diagnosis and can be distinguished from other cystic lesions.
