超声辅助同步电解加工复合作用机理及试验 被引量:3

Compound mechanism and testing on ultrasonic aided synchronous electrochemical machining

摘要 为研究超声辅助同步电解加工中超声及电解效应对加工效率的影响规律,基于压痕断裂力学原理和法拉第电解定律,建立了超声辅助同步电解加工效率数学模型,并通过试验验证了理论模型的正确性.结果表明:超声辅助同步电解加工的过程中,电解液的电导率、脉冲电压幅值或脉冲宽度增大时,加工效率均得到有效提高,但加工精度与表面质量有所降低;超声辅助同步电解的加工效率近似等于超声能量与同步脉冲电解能量独立加工效率之和. In order to research the influential law of ultrasonic and electrochemical machining in ultrasonic aided synchronous electrochemical machining (UASEM),based on the indentation fracture mechanics and Faraday's law, this paper establishes the mathematical model of ultrasonic ma-chining efficiency and the pulse electrochemical machining efficiency. According to the relationship between the energy of them, a mathematical model of the machining efficiency of UASEM is estab-lished and tested. The results of the research show that, the conductivity of electrolyte, amplitude of pulse voltage and pulse width in UASEM increase, the machining efficiency rises, but the preciion and the surface roughness decline, the machining efficiency of UASEM approximately equals to the sum of the efficiency of the single ultrasonic machining and the single electrochemical machining.
