摘要
基于《中国知网CNKI数据库》的计量分析结果表明:近十年我国花生蛋白制备研究文献产出量增长迅速。河南工业大学、中国农业科学院农产品加工研究所、华南理工大学、江南大学、青岛农业大学论文产出量较高,山东省花生研究所的成果和专利数量优势明显,其次为中国农业科学院农产品加工研究所,这些机构也得到国家级基金项目的较多支持。《中国油脂》、《食品科学》、《中国粮油学报》、《食品工业科技》、《食品科技》是相关研究的重点载文期刊。山东省文献产出量居全国首位,在成果和专利方面领先优势显著。
Quantitative analysis based on CNKI showed that total literatures of domestic peanut protein preparation research increased rapidly in the past decade.Henan University of Technology,Institute of Processing for Agricultural Products of CAAS,South China University of Technology,Jiangnan University and Qingdao Agricultural University outputted abundant research papers.Shandong Peanut Research Institute led the way in quantity of achievements or Chinese patents,followed by Institute of Processing for Agricultural Products of CAAS.Those Institutions above also gained more supports of national fund projects.The related research papers were mostly published in key journals such as China Oils and Fats,Food Science,Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association,Science and Technology of Food Industry and Food Science and Technology.Shandong was the primacy in total literature especially in achievements and Chinese patents in China.
