梵净山缺齿鼹的分类学讨论

The taxonomy discussion of Mogera latouchei fanjingshanensis in China

2015年2月在梵净山国家级自然保护区内采集到一号缺齿鼹标本。为探讨该缺齿鼹的分类学地位,利用形态学及分子系统学方法,并结合国内外所记载缺齿鼹记录与分布于中国台湾和海南的华南缺齿鼹(Mogera insularis)及缺齿鼹属其它物种的形态和系统发育关系进行比较。结果表明该标本与M.insularis在体型以及头骨的测量数据、遗传距离上具有较大差异而与M.latouchei相近,分子系统学分析也支持了梵净山分布的缺齿鼹为M.latouchei,而区别于华南缺齿鼹(M.insularis)。

system method was used for species identification. Through the external and phylogenetic relationship comparison with M. insularis and other species of Mogera, the results showed that the species were differences with M. insularis and similar to M. latouchei in external morphology and genetic distance.
