调经方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征肾虚型临床观察

目的:观察调经方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PC0S)肾虚型的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。两组均予口服达英-35治疗,治疗组加用调经方治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组90.0%、对照组83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调经方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能调整月经和改善中医临床症状、降低T和LH水平,临床疗效较肯定。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Regulating Menstruation Decoction combined with Diane-35 in treating the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) of the kidney-deficiency type. Method:60 patients with PCOS diagnosed kidney-deficiency were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Diane-35 while the treatment group were treated with Regulating Menstruation Decoction combined with Diane-35. Result:The total curative effect of the treatment group was 90.0% while that of the control group was 83.3%. The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Regulating Menstruation Decoction could improve menstruation and the symptoms of PCOS with kidney-deficiency type and reduce serum T and LH level, with significantly therapeutic effect.
