中西医结合治疗缺血性中风恢复期疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Recovery Stage of Ischemic Stroke Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗缺血性中风恢复期的临床疗效,并观察其对血脂的影响。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组加用玉郎活络膏口服,治疗6周,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后神经缺损功能评分(NIHSS)、中医证候评分、血脂的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组92%、对照组72%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分、中医证候积分、血脂均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗缺血性中风恢复期可明显提高临床疗效,改善NIHSS、中医证候评分,其机制可能与调节血脂有关,且无明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yulang Huoluo Paste on the patients in recovery stage ofischemic stroke. Method： 100 cases were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random. Two groups were given basic treatment of western medicine. On the basis of conventional treatment, the patients in treatment group were treated with Yulang Huoluo Paste in addition. After 6 weeks of treatment, clinical effect and the neurological deficit scores, NIHSS scores, TCM syndrome scores, the changes of blood lipid before and after treatment in two groups were observed and recorded. Result： The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group while it was 72% in the control group, which revealed that the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05） .Compared with that in two groups of pre-treatment, NIHSS scores, TCM syndrome scores in two group of post-treatment improved obviously （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ） and that in treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： This study shows that Yulang Huoluo Paste could improve clinical therapeutic effect, NIHSS, and the TCM syndrome scores of patients in recovery stage ofischemic stroke, without adverse effect. The mechanism may be related to regulating blood lipid.
