The Construction of University Librarians' Competence Index System Under the Background of China's “Double First-class” Plan

在"双一流"建设目标下,高校图书馆员需适应环境变化,完善知识结构,提升服务能力。文章将高校图书馆员能力概括为基础能力、管理能力与服务能力,提出构建高校图书馆员能力指标体系,对信息资源建设、学科馆员、系统管理等典型岗位的馆员核心能力进行规定,指出高校图书馆员能力建设方向和发展路径。

University libraries should promote their own development, make semce renovation, Duuu a rst-class team of librarians under the construction of ＂double first-rate＂. University librarians need to improve theknowledge structure and enhance their competence to adapt to the change of information environment. Based on theanalysis of university librarians＇ competence elements, including basic competence, management competence andservice competence, we attempt to construct a university librarians＇ competence index system. Combined with thetypical position core competence such as information resource constructer, subject librarian, system administratorsand others to clear core competence of University librarians, the direction and development path of universitylibrarians＇ competence building are pointed out.
