Role Orientation and Function Transformation of University Libraries Under the Background of “Double First-class” Strategy

国家"双一流"战略的实施,给高校图书馆提出了新要求。文章围绕"双一流"的建设任务,提出高校图书馆应从决策顾问、建设参与者、人才评估协助者、学科建设的助手、学生的第二课堂等角色融入"双一流"建设,完成功能转变。

With the proposition and the gradual implementation of ＂ Double First-class＂ policy, manyuniversity libraries are making efforts on reform and innovation to boost the construction of ＂Double First-class＂Construction. According to the task of ＂Double First-class＂ construction, this article proposes that the universitylibrary should participate in ＂Double First-class＂ construction as a decision consult, a talent evaluation helper, adiscipline construction assistant and the students＇ second classroom, and realize its functional transformation.
