摘要
目的探讨远红外线照射联合新鲜马铃薯片外敷治疗甘露醇注射液渗漏致局部肿胀和疼痛的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月我院收治的甘露醇注射液渗漏患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为3组,即观察组与对照组1、对照组2均40例患者。观察组采用远红外线照射联合新鲜马铃薯片外敷治疗,对照组1、对照组2分别采用50%硫酸镁湿敷和喜疗妥乳膏外擦治疗,观察对比3组皮下肿胀伴疼痛的治疗效果。结果观察组皮下肿胀、疼痛程度明显低于对照组1、对照组2,且治疗效果明显高于对照组1、对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远红外线照射联合马铃薯片外敷可有效治疗甘露醇注射液渗漏所致皮下肿胀伴疼痛,且无创、安全、简单方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of far infrared ray irradiation combined with fresh potatoslices in the treatment of local swelling and pain caused by leakage of mannitol injection.Methods 120 cases ofmannitol injection leaking in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into three groups by randomnumber table method.The observation group and control group1,the control group2 were 40 Patients in the observationgroup were treated with far infrared radiation combined with fresh potato slices.The control group1 and the control group2 were treated with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress and Xihaiditai cream. The contrast group was treated withsubcutaneous swelling and pain The treatment effect.Results The degree of subcutaneous swelling and pain weresignificantly lower in the observation group than in the control group1 and the control group2,and the treatment effectwas significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group2, P〈0.05.Conclusion Far infraredradiation combined with potato topical application can effectively treat mannitol injection caused by leakage ofsubcutaneous swelling associated with pain and reduce the occurrence of phlebitis. This method of non-invasive care,safe and simple and convenient, worthy of clinical application.
