全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量泌乳功能满意度及舒适度的影响观察

目的观察全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能、满意度及舒适度的影响。方法选取我院收治的77例初产妇作为研究对象,将其分为优质组与对照组2组,对照组采用常规方法护理,优质组实施全程优质护理模式。对比2组产妇的分娩质量、泌乳功能、满意度及舒适度。结果优质组患者第一产程(329.45±71.90)min、第二产程(32.22±5.68)min、第三产程(7.20±1.00)min、泌乳开始时间(21.13±1.28)h、产后24 h泌乳量评分(1.95±0.06)分、舒适度92.31%、满意度97.44%,与对照组相比均有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论将全程优质护理模式应用到初产妇的护理中,临床价值显著。

Objective To observe the influence of high quality nursing mode on delivery quality,lactationfunction,satisfaction degree and comfort degree of primipara.Methods 77 cases of women admitted to our hospitalwere selected as samples, and they were divided into 2 groups high quality group and control group. The control groupwas treated with routine nursing,and the high quality group was given the whole course high quality nursing mode.Results high quality group were the first stage of labor （329.45±71.90） min,the second stage of labor（32.22±5.68）min, the third stage of labor（7.20±1.00） min, the starting time of lactation （21.13± 1.28） h,postpartum lactation 24hscore （1.95±0.06）, the degree of comfort and satisfaction of 97.44%、 92.31%.Compared with the control group,asignificant advantage （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The application of high quality nursing mode in primipara care is of greatclinical value.
