高压水平旋喷桩在高原细砂地层隧道中的应用

摘要 高原细砂地层砂体自稳性极差,易出现流砂、漏砂等病害。为保证细砂地段隧道掘进作业的安全,采用高压水平旋喷桩技术对开挖轮廓范围土体进行加固处理。结合新建川藏铁路拉萨至林芝段米林隧道,介绍了高原铁路隧道水平旋喷桩施工设备、施工流程及施工参数。高原细砂地层隧道采用高压水平旋喷桩技术可以有效控制周边围岩收敛量,预防不良地质地段出现安全事故,加快施工进度。 Being very poor in self stability, the sandy body of the fine-sand stratum of plateau is prone to produce quicksand sand leakage or other diseases. To ensure the safety of the tunnel-drilling operation in an fine-sand areathe high-pressure hori-zontally rotary churning pile technique is adopted to treat and consolidate the soil within the excavation outline range. With the MiLin tunnel of the Newly built Sichuan to Tibet railway from Lasa to Linzhi section as a practical example,introduced in the paper are the construction equipment for the horizontally rotary churning pile of the plateau railway tunnel the construction flow and the construction parameters. The application of the high-pressure horizontally rotary churning pile technique to tunnels in the fine-sand stratum of plateau can effectively control the convergence of the surrounding rock,prevent safety accidents from happening in adversely geological areasand speed up the construction progress.
