摘要
为充分利用降香黄檀剩余物价值,测定了降香黄檀叶、树皮、侧枝和根4个不同部位的多酚含量。采用超声提取,Folin-Ciocalteu显色法,并分别系统优化每个样品的最佳提取试剂、提取时间和多酚显色反应的实验条件,建立每个部位的标准工作曲线。结果测定降香黄檀叶多酚含量为15.3 mg/g,树皮多酚含量为10.3 mg/g,侧枝多酚含量为4.9mg/g,根部多酚含量为4.2 mg/g。稳定性、重复性、精密度和加标实验结果均在合理的范围内,表明该方法准确可靠,可用于多酚含量的测定。
In order to make full use of the residual value of Dalbergia odorifera,the author determined the polyphenol content in 4 different parts(leaf,bark,lateral branch and root) of this plant.The ultrasonic method was used to extract polyphenol,and Folin-Ciocalteu coloration method was used to systematically optimize the extraction reagent,extraction time,and chromogenic reaction conditions for polyphenol in 4 different parts,and the corresponding standard work curves were established.The determination results showed that the content of polyphenol in leaf,bark,lateral branch and root of D.odorifera was 15.3,10.3,4.9 and 4.2 mg/g,respectively.The stability,repeatability and precision of this determination method,as well as the result of standard-adding experiment all were within the reasonable limit,indicating that this method was accurate and reliable,and it could be used for the determination of polyphenol content.
