钩藤恒温干燥模型及其动力学研究

摘要 筛选中药材钩藤的最佳干燥模型并对其动力学参数进行测定;采用常见的10种干燥模型对中药材钩藤在45、55、65和75℃条件下得到的干燥曲线进行拟合,以相关系数(R^2)、卡方(X^2)和均方根误差(RMSE)作为其拟合优劣性评价的指标,再综合分析模型常数,最终筛选出钩藤的最佳干燥模型;干燥模型Newton为中药材钩藤的最佳干燥模型;其水分扩散系数D值的范围为1.96×10^(-10)到5.18×10-10m^2·s^(-1),活化能为30.37 KJ/mol;中药材钩藤的干燥过程可以通过数学模型进行很好的拟合,该研究过程可为其他藤茎类中药材的干燥研究提供参考。 In order to optimize the drying model of Chinese medicinal Uncariz and rameters ,ten common drying models were used to fit the drying curves of Uncaria The correlation coefficient (R2),the chi square (X2) and root-mean-square error ( RMSEthe indexes to evaluate the goodness of the fitting. The drying model Newton was optimised model from the final analysis of all the model constants. The water from 1. 96x10 10 to 5. 18×10 10 m2 . s- 1,witli an activation energy of 30.37 KJ/mol. The drying process of Uncari can be well fitted by a mathematical model. The results can provide reference for the drying study of cane for other medicinal materials.
