从"迁村并居"的时代要求和客观必要性入手,在梳理分析原有农村结构对社会经济发展的主要桎梏和"迁村并居"在规划建设中的难点问题基础上,提出"迁村并居"改造的几种思路和规划建设的几点建议,以期为"迁村并居"规划建设工作同行提供一些参考。
