烧结温度对添加锰粉的陶粒支撑剂性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了采用焦宝石熟料和煤矸石为原料,锰粉为添加剂,经造粒、干燥、筛选、烧结等工艺通过固相烧结制备陶粒支撑剂的过程。分析了烧结温度对添加锰粉的陶粒支撑剂性能的影响,结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,体密度和视密度都呈现先增加后降低的趋势,而破碎率则呈现先下降后升高的趋势,最合适的烧结温度为1 400℃,此时体积密度与视密度分别为1.416 g/cm3与2.85 g/cm3,35 MPa和52 MPa闭合压力下破碎率分别为2.86%和8.72%,属于低密度陶粒支撑剂。 Calcined flint clinker and coal gangue were used as raw materials, manganese powder as additive, and ceramic proppants were pre-pared by pelleting, drying, screening and sintering. The effects of sintering temperature on the properties of ceramic proppants by adding manga-nese powder were studied. The results reveal that when the sintering temperature increased, bulk density and apparent density of the ceramic proppants fist rise and then decrease, while breakage ratio first decreases and then increases. The appropriate sintering temperature is 1 400 T! and bulk density and apparent density of the samples are respectively 1.416 g/cm3 and 2. 85 g/cm3, meanwhile breakage ratio is respectively 2. 86% and 8.72% under the closed pressure of 35 MPa and 52 MPa. The prepared proppants belong to low-density proppants.
