摘要
文章主要研究线偏振光在一般电介质界面发生反射的情况下,入射角对反射光偏振态的影响。在共焦扫描成像等等一些实验操作中需要不断改变入射角,在扫描过程中我们要不断转动反射镜,此时入射角也在发生改变。由菲涅耳公式可知,入射光偏振态一定时,反射光偏振态跟入射角有关,而偏振态的改变对实验结果有一定的影响。
In this paper, the influence of incident angle on the polarized state of reflected light is studied. In some experimental operations, such as confocal scanning imaging, we need to constantly change the incident angle. During the scanning process, we have to constantly rotate the mirror, and the incident angle is also changing. According to Fresnel formula, the polarization state of reflect-ed light is related to the incident angle when the incident light is polarized, and the change of polarization state has a certain influ-ence on the experimental results.
