大柳塔选煤厂胶带机带式逆止装置强度分析与安装

针对大柳塔选煤厂胶带机带式逆止装置保护在设计、加工安装过程不规范,导致胶带机故障停车时带式逆止装置不起作用。因此对胶带机带式逆止装置进行了强度计算,并进行分析,提出了对带式逆止装置加工过程材料规格型号、焊接、安装要求等。从而提高胶带机保护效果,降低胶带机的故障停车后反转事故,提高选煤厂生产效率。

The belt backstop protection of belt conveyor in Daliuta Coal Preparation Plant is not standard in the process of de-sign, processing and installation, which causes the belt reverse stop device to be ineffective when the belt machine fails to stop. Therefore, the strength of belt reverse stop device of belt conveyor is calculated and analyzed, and the material specification, welding and installation requirements of belt reverse stop device are put forward, in order to improve the protective effect of belt conveyor, re-duce the reverse accident after the fault stop of belt conveyor, and improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plant.
