摘要
曲面驱动之螺旋柱的四轴加工,将学生对机械加工知识的学习提升到了一个更高的档次。文章探索"四轴加工"主干实践课程——《数控多轴加工》中造型及后处理加工的教学改革。通过寻策略、找方法、落实践,教师以自身深厚的功底示教,用实际案例说话,激发学生开动脑筋完成多轴加工工作任务的兴趣与质量意识,收到良好教学效果。
The four-axis machining of curved helical columns promotes students' knowledge of machining to a higher level. This paper explores the teaching reform of modeling and post-processing in the main practical course of "four-axis machining", i.e. "nu-merical control multi-axis machining". Through searching for strategies, finding methods and putting them into practice, the teacher can teach with their own deep knowledge and use actual cases to arouse students' interest and quality consciousness in completing multi-axis processing tasks, which has achieved good teaching results.
