摘要
某型机匣在外场试车时发生漏油故障,经返厂检查发现漏油部位为O1轴轴承衬套与机匣盖结合面处,分解后发现漏油故障是由于轴承衬套与机匣壳体之间的胶圈断裂所致,该胶圈在装配过程中已断裂。导致胶圈断裂的原因是在机匣壳体内径上存在一处回油槽开口,装配时胶圈经过此开口处易造成损坏。文章旨在完善轴承衬套的装配工艺和密封试验的工艺要求,为指导相关装配工艺提供了理论依据。
When a certain type of casing is in the field of testing, it is found that the oil leakage is located at the joint sur- face of the bearing bushing of O1 shaft and the cover of the casing after returning to the factory. After decomposing, it was found that the oil leakage fault was caused by the rupture of the rubber ring between the bearing bushing and the casing shell, which had broken in the course of assembly. The reason for the rupture of the rubber ring is that there is an oil return groove opening on the inner diameter of the casing shell, and it is easy to damage the rubber ring through the opening during assembly. The purpose of this paper is to improve the assembly process of bearing bushing and the technological requirements of sealing test, which provides a theoretical basis for guiding the related assembly process.
