雨水回收处理系统改造设计

摘要 每逢雨季,雨水冲刷煤厂落地煤会产生大量煤泥水(以下简称雨季煤泥水)进入全矿污水下水管路,混入生活污水。因污水处理厂设计原因,生活污水处理系统没有处理雨季煤泥水能力,只能外排。通过对雨季煤泥水的单纯沉淀实验分析,采用沉淀方法可将其悬浮物去除36%-59%,其余污水可生化性好,可由污水处理厂进行处理。现有的生活污水池及水泵房无法满足此处理工艺要求,对其进行改扩建,以解决雨季外排污水污染环境问题。 During the rainy season, coal that falls onto the ground after rain water scours the coal factory floor will produce a large amount of coal slime (hereinafter referred to as rainy season coal slime) into the whole mine sewage down the road, and will be mixed with domestic sewage. Due to the design of the sewage treatment plant, the domestic sewage treatment system has no ca-pacity to deal with coal slime in the rainy season, so it can only be discharged out. Through the analysis of precipitation experiment of coal slime water in rainy season, the suspended matter can be removed from 36-59% by precipitation method, and the remaining sewage can be treated by sewage treatment plant because of its good biodegradability. The existing domestic sewage ponds and pump rooms cannot meet the requirements of the treatment process, therefore it is urgent to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by sewage discharged during the rainy season.
