论公路工程项目管理中存在的问题及对策

公路工程项目管理的含义就是当公路动工的时候对有关的东西和人加以管理。一般情况下,整个公路工程都有较大的施工难度,所以技术上的要求也就高。因此项目管理必须实施于整个贯环节的始终,它关系到公路工程的前景。又牵扯到很多与它相关的部门,每个项目的成本、进度、质量等方面直接与本地的城市建设和各企业的经济命脉挂钩。但是,我国在这方面的管理比较欠缺,因此要对管理所研究的关键问题加大力度,找到问题的根本,然后加以解决,这样,才能使公路工程形成一个良好的循环。
