棒材二辊矫直过程的有限元研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对二辊矫直的矫直过程进行数值模拟,得到棒材在矫直过程的矫直力随时间的变化规律,并对矫后棒材的塑性应变进行了分析。数值分析结果中矫直力与现场情况基本吻合,文章仿真结果可以为实际生产提供指导。 The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the straightening process of two rollers, and the rule of the bar straightening force with time was obtained. The plastic strain of the straightened bar was analyzed. The results of nu-merical analysis show that the straightening force is basically consistent with the field situation, and the simulation results in this pa-per can provide guidance for practical production.
