“变”与“不变”:传统村落保护开发的“阀限”

近些年来,从中央到各级地方政府都十分重视传统村落的保护问题,传统村落作为中国传统文化的重要生存空间和载体,其重要性、资源的价值越来越受到社会各界的关注。但如何保护才是有效、可持续的,目前仍然处于探索阶段。从生态学"阀限"概念入手,认为传统村落保护开发的最终目的应是"阀限"的修复,外在力量推动的保护和开发利用都应"内化"为传统村落的自我调节能力,形成良性循环,传统村落的保护才是可持续的。

In recent years, the central and local governments have attached much significance on the protection of traditional villa- ges. As the crucial living record of Chinese traditional culture, their importance and resource value have increasingly been the major concerns of societies. However, how to effectively and sustainably protect traditional villages is still under exploration. Under the con- cept of threshold in ecology, the research concludes that the ultimate purpose of the protection and development of traditional villages should be subjected to the restoration of threshold. The protection and exploitation by the impetus of external forces ought to be internal- ized as the self - regulatory ability of traditional villages contributing to a positive circulation and thus the protection will effective as well as sustainable.
