摘要
牟宗三的"道统、学统、政统"三统并建说,乃是要为道德理想主义树立一立体纲维,为世界的人文主义和中国文化的发展,奠定一套儒家"新外王"的理论基础。对于第三期儒学的开展来说,其纲领地位和指导意义不仅没有过时,而且显现出巨大的前瞻性与积极的、建构的和综合的社会历史文化意义,但是,如何落实,则面临严峻的挑战。道统必须在尊重中国多民族文化同生互融的基础上进行重建;有必要批判和反省大汉族主义与儒学沙文主义。世界道统的建立,是对人类第二个轴心时代的呼唤与期待,有助于世界文明的持久和平健康地繁荣与发展。学统的建立,必须以厘清它与政统之政治之间的关系为前提,以保证学统之学术的独立与自由;学统必须独立于市场。中国民主政治的具体方案和道路,是需要全体公民与政治家共同讨论与协商才能确定的。牟宗三的"三统"说及其民主政治思想,只要对中国的民主政治和文化以及世界文化的实践,具有启示作用和意义,就足够了!
Mou Tsung- san’s “Doctrine of Unification and Construction of the Way, Learning,and Political Systeman integrated creed for moral idealism and lays the theoretical foundation for the u new theory of polry Noe-Confucianism whichcould improve Chinese culture and humaism in the world. As for fucianism, its leadership and guiding significance still has a structural,positive and comprehensive sociocultural significance.However,its implementation faces a serious challenge. The reconstruction of the tradition the interdependence of the multi-ethnic cultures in China with a serious critique and reflection on Ha chauvinism and Confucianchauvinism. The construction of the tradition of Confucianism in the world is a call ad expectation of mankind, which will contribute to the lasting peace and healthy prosperous development of the world civilization. The construc-tion of the Learning must be premised on clarifying its relationship with the tradition of politics so as to ensure its acaaemic inne-pendence and freedom without the interference of the market. The specific projecon the involvement of all citizens and politicians in China. Mou Tsung- san’s ‘‘DoctWay, Learning,ad Political Systems” as well as his democratic political thought can shed some light on the practice of democrat-ic politics and cultural development both in China ad in the world.
