Sino-Vietnamese strategic community of common destiny:Connotations,foundation and approaches to its construction

中越战略命运共同体具有较为坚实的基础,两国具有共同的历史经历、在争取民族独立和解放过程中相互支持;1991年以来两国关系在政治、经济和安全方面,都取得了极大的成就;两国还积极管控争端和分歧,积累了处理争端的经验。为了推进中越战略命运共同体的建设,两国要从强化政党交流与合作、加强对海上争端的管控、探索两国发展战略对接、深化两国人文交流与合作等角度夯实两国关系的基础。

The Sino-＂ Vietnamese strategic community of common destiny has a solid foundation due periences and mutual support in the process of struggle for national independence and libehave gotten great achievements in politics, economics and security; China and Vietnam have effectivethe disputes and differences between them, with some experience obtained in dealing conflicts. In order to promote the construc-tion of their strategic community of common destiny, China and Vietnam should strengthen the exchange and cooperation of their parties in power,strengthen the control of maritime disputes between them,explore the docking of their development strategies,ad deepen their cultural exchanges.
