Characteristic Industry Poverty Alleviation Countermeasures

脱贫攻坚是全面建成小康社会的重要内容,是各级党委、政府的重要政治任务。特色产业扶贫是将脱贫工作与发展经济相结合、与本地实际相结合、与贫困群众能力相结合的一条可持续脱贫之路。特色产业扶贫是我省各地贯彻落实中央脱贫攻坚目标任务的伟大实践,要探索创新脱贫方式,提高脱贫成效。因此应将产业脱贫与发展主导产业、注重龙头带动有机融合,确保脱贫工作的长效性。

Poverty alleviation is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is an important political task of Party committees and governments at all levels. The characteristic industry poverty alleviation is a sustainable way which combines poverty alleviation work with economic development,local reality and the ability of poor people. It is the great practice of carrying out the central poverty alleviation target task in our province which aims to explore innovative ways to shake off poverty and improve poverty alleviation effect. Therefore,we should combine industry poverty alleviation with the development of leading industries and their leading roles to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the work.
