基于满意度调查的海口市居民生活质量研究

Study on the Quality of Life of Haikou Residents Based on Satisfaction Survey

以海口市为研究区域,基于满意度的视角,构建居民生活质量评价指标体系,采用问卷调查和主成分分析等方法,分析海口市居民主观生活质量特征及原因.结论如下:(1)海口市居民主观生活质量综合指数为2.1734;(2)多数受访者对海口市环境质量的满意度较高,而对自身经济条件和社会发展现状的满意度较低;(3)个人收入水平较低、商品性价比不高、商品价格高和物价上涨快等是受访者对自身经济条件不满意的主要因素,交通秩序不好、医疗费用较高、城市防洪设施建设滞后等是受访者对社会发展现状不满意的主要原因.

Based on the satisfaction survey and index system, the article measures the quality of life of Haikou residents. U-sing questionnaire and principal component analysis methods, it analyzes the characteristics and causes of the subjective quality of life of residents in Haikou. The conclusions are as follows ： （ 1） the subjective quality of life index of Haikou resi-dents is 2. 1734. （2） Most respondents have higher satisfaction with the environment in Haikou, but lower satisfaction with economy and society. （3） Respondents are not satisfied with their personal income level, the commodity price, high com-modity prices and rapid price rises, and meanwhile traffic chaos, higher medical costs and the construction of flood control facilities lags are the main causes of their dissatisfaction with social condition.
