基于模糊综合评价的城市公园游客满意度评价

The Evaluation of Tourist Satisfaction with City Park Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

建设市民满意的城市公园对提高市民生活质量、改善城市生活环境具有重要意义.基于马斯诺需要层次理论构建城市公园游客满意度评价体系,采用模糊综合评价法评价福州市公园游客满意度,综合20项评价因子与游客总体满意度相关性和IPA(重要性-满意度)分析结果,探讨提升公园满意度策略.结果表明:福州市公园游客总体满意度得分为3.607,根据最大隶属度原则,达到满意水平;相关性分析发现空气质量、停车场、公园休憩场所及设施等10项因子与满意度强度相关;IPA分析获得公园发展的优势和劣势,优势为优势区和维持区的空气质量、园区管理与治安、安全设施等13项因子,劣势为机会区和改进区的停车场、餐饮便利设施、健身娱乐设施等7项因子.根据研究结果提出福州市城市公园需积极改善入园交通状况、适量增设餐饮设施和针对不同人群的娱乐设施及严格控制园区游客数量等建议,以促进城市公园健康发展.

Construction of satisfactory city park with the public is of great significance to improve the quality of citizen＇ s life and the living environment of the city. This study establishes evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction based on the the-ory of Maslows hierarchy of needs to evaluate tourist satisfaction with city park in Fuzhou by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and discusses strategy of improving tourist satisfaction of city parks by correlation analysis of 20 evaluation factors and tourists overall satisfaction and IPA （importance - satisfaction）. The results show that the grade of overall satisfaction is 3.607,achieving the satisfactory level according to maximum membership degree principle. Correlation analysis finds that the correlation between 10 significant factors, including air quality, parking lot, rest place and facilities in park, etc . , and overall satisfaction is strong, included. IPA analysis finds 13 advantages such as air quality, management and security of the park, safety facilities, etc. in the advantageous and maintaining areas, and 7 disadvantages such as parking lot, ca-tering and convenience facilities, entertainment fitness facilities, etc. in the opportunity and improving areas. The develop-ment strategy is proposed, which includes improving traffic conditions, moderately increasing catering and entertainment fa-cilities for different peoples in the park, and strictly controlling the number of tourists in the park, so as to promote tourist satisfaction and healthy development of city parks.
