海南高校高水平排球运动队现状调查与发展对策研究

Investigation on the Present Situation of High Level Volleyball Teams in Hainan Colleges and the Countermeasures for Development

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈及逻辑分析等方法,对海南省高校高水平运动队建设的现状进行研究.结果表明:目前海南省内高校高水平排球运动队生源较单一、招生人数较少、运动员身高普遍较低、训练时间不足、管理体制不健全、训练资金短缺、场地器械落后与缺乏、运动员训练后没有医疗监督,以及教练员业务水平有待提高等问题.据此提出了提高认识、制定政策支持、吸引优秀人才、加强教练员队伍建设等针对性对策.

The status quo of the construction of high - level sports teams in colleges and universities in Hainan Province was studied by means of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and logical analysis. The results show the following prob-lems ：under the influence of the enrollment policy, student resource of the high - level volleyball teams in the province is single ; the number of students is small ; the general height of athletes is low ; the training time is not guaranteed ; the man-agement system is far from perfect ; the training fund is short ; lack equipment and medical training after the athletes train-ing, coaches need to be improved, and so on. Thus the article proposes the correspondent countermeasures.
