换位思考:从学生视角看高校思政课教学的改革与创新

长期以来,我国高校思政课教学的改革与创新注重从教师的视角考虑解决方案,而忽视了学生的真实感受。文章结合自身的教学实践提出换位思考的理念,从学生的视角考虑思政课的课前、课中、课后三个环节中,教师应该怎么做、能做什么以及效果如何,提出了自己的一些看法。

For a long time, the reform and innovation of ideological and political course in colleges and universities has valued consideration of the solution from the teacher＇s perspective, ignoring the true feelings of the students. Based on the writer＇s own teaching practice empathy concept, the paper discusses what teachers should do, how they should do, and what effect will be brought during the three steps including before class, in class, after class from the perspeetive of the students.
