摘要
文章在分析众多研究学者关于教育质量保障体系建设的研究成果基础上,构建以政府指导性评价、社会认可度、研究生院校评价、研究生自我评价四个维度展开的评价指标体系,然后应用层次分析法被用于指标体系的权重的计算,灰色关联法被应用于各指标的关联系数,得出我校研究生培养质量近三年的排序。结合行为科学研究中的马斯洛需求层次理论,深入分析研究生五个层次主要需求的相关激励因素,从而完善和优化研究生教育质量保障体系的建设。
Based on the analysis of many scholars" achievement on education quality guarantee system, the four-dimension evalua- tion index system of graduate students" quality is constructed, which includes the government's evaluation, social recognition, graduate school's evaluation, self-evaluation, then AHP is used to calculate the weight of the index system and grey correlation method is used to evaluate correlation coefficient, then our university's graduate cultivation quality of the last three years are ranked. According to Maslow's hierarchal needs theory, the relevant incentive factors of five-level main demand of the graduate students are analyzed in depth, in order to improve and optimize the construction of postgraduate education quality assurance system.
