摘要
岗位实习是过程装备与控制工程专业学生提升工程素质和实践能力的重要环节。在互利互惠的基础上,建立了企业深度参与的校企协同机制。以成果为导向,制定了岗位实习的学习方案和考核办法。采取企业导师为主学校导师为辅进行指导,校企共同组成专家组通过答辩对学生进行考核。实践证明,学生实习的主动性大大加强,能与企业技术人员深入探讨工程技术问题,极大提升了工程实践能力和素养。
Post practice is an important link of improving engineering quality and practical ability for students of process equip- ment and control engineering. On the basis of mutual benefit and reciprocity, the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism with deep participation of enterprises is established. With the result as the guide, the study plan and examination method of post practice have been worked out. To take the enterprise-tutor as the main teacher and the school-tutor as the auxiliary teacher, the expert group is constituted of the school and enterprise, to assess the students through the reply. The results showed that the initiative of students" practice has been greatly strengthened and they could discuss with engineering personnel on engineering and technical issues. Through the practice, their engineering practice ability and accomplishment has been greatly improved.
