高校信息化进行统筹集约共享建设的思考

近年来我国高校信息化建设成效显著,为学校发展提供了重要的支撑和保障作用。但是,也存在着缺乏统筹规划和顶层设计等很多问题。要解决这些问题,高校教育信息化建设的整体思路应以统筹建设为核心,遵循集约原则,全面实现共享,通过建立和完善信息化管理机制;统筹规划,做好流程再造,优化信息化项目管理机制;集约建设和统一运维;统一数据标准,实现数据和服务全面共享。
