Fu Lin is a professor from the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University, the former head of Department of Energy Planning and Design and the person in charge of the project called "research and application of heating technology of making use of the surplus heat from circulating water of power plant". However, he was in criminal detention on the charge of suspected embezzlement on March 17, 2016. This report aims to provide the details and analysis of the Fu Lin case.
