党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持全面从严治党,贯彻制度管党治党,严格全党纪律规矩,"把党建作为最大政绩",重点管好"关键少数",以上率下,严格落实责任制,实施好干部选拔标准,先后在全党开展了群众路线教育实践活动和"三严三实"专题教育,推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化,在深刻实践中丰富和发展了马克思主义,形成了系列新思想、新理论。这是马克思主义中国化的最新成果。这一系列新思想、新理论的产生和形成与新时期新阶段国际国内、党内党外所处的客观实际是分不开的。
