摘要
为满足开行始发动车组的需求,近年来陆续在没有动车所的地区设计了动车存车场,用于动车组存放和客运整备作业。寒冷地区冬季气温较低,动车组上水、卸污、客运整备及融冰除雪等作业在室外进行比较困难,有设置整备库的需求,而现行的设计规范却没有相应规定。本文通过大量的气象数据和运营实际经验研究,提出了动车存车场整备库的设置条件,为完善设计规范提供技术上的参考。
In order to satisfy to requirement of originating EMU,EMU Storage Yards are designed for EMU storage and passenger transport service preparation in areas without EMU depot successively in recent years.It’s rather difficult to fill water,discharge sewage,do passenger transport preparation and melt ice,clear snow etc.outdoor,because of the rather low temperature in cold areas in winter.So there’s requirement for service preparation depot,but there’s no relevant regulations in present design specifications.Service Preparation Depot Setting Conditions of EMU Storage Yard are proposed in this paper for the technical references on the complete of design specifications,through abundant meteorological data and real operation experience and research.
