摘要
文章以印度尼西亚雅加达至万隆(简称"雅万")高速铁路工程为依托,立足于世界范围内高速铁路无线通信技术体制,通过对各种无线通信系统技术特点、性能、市场、成本、风险、RAMS、频段适应性、列车最高运行速度及运营案例等的分析研究,建议雅万高速铁路采用900 MHz频段铁路数字移动通信系统(GSM-R)技术方案,并提出了几套无线子系统的组网方案。通过对各方案容灾性、可靠性、抗干扰能力、频率规划、投资等方面的比选,得出了适用于印度尼西亚国情且节省投资的最优方案,为中国高速铁路无线通信技术标准在世界各国的国际化应用提供参考。
Based on Djakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railways Project in Indonesia and wireless communication technology system for high-speed railway in the world,the analysis and study have been made on features,performance,market,cost,risk,RAMS and frequency band adaptability of wireless communication system technology,and maximum operating speed and operation cases of train,etc..It is proposed in this article that the 900 MHz band GSM-R and some networking schemes of wireless subsystem are adopted for the JKT-BDG HSR project.The optimal scheme to Indonesia conditions and investment saving is obtained by comparing the ability of disaster recovery,reliability,anti-interference ability,frequency plan,investment and etc.of the different schemes.It provides significant reference for the international application of Chinese high-speed railway wireless communication technical standard in all over the world.
