摘要
遥感技术是一种有效的容积率(FAR)获取手段,利用立体像对提取城市容积率有很大的潜力。针对以往统计法、阴影法和Lidar方法提取容积率存在的不足或难以广泛应用的情况,提出利用高分辨率卫星立体像对提取容积率的算法,并以北京天通苑为试验区进行了试验分析。将计算结果与真实数据对比,得到容积率计算精度为85%,从而论证了立体像对方法提取容积率的有效性,结果证明了高分辨率卫星立体像对提取容积率的方法输入参数少、自动化程度高,值得进一步深入研究和推广应用。
Remote sensing is an effective method for obtaining floor area ratio( FAR). It is a novel technique to extract the urban FAR with stereo image pairs. In order to overcome defects and non-universality of conventional statistical methods,shadow and Lidar method while used in FAR extraction,this paper presents a new method of FAR extraction with high resolution satellite stereo image. An experiment is carried out in Tiantongyuan of Beijing and it receives the precision of 85%. The result shows that extracting the FAR by the method of stereo pair is effective with more automatic. The method is suitable for a wide range of applications and worthy of further study and promotion.
