摘要
以LED近光透镜模组为主要研究对象,采用了投影与自由曲面结合的光学设计,提高了LED前照灯的配光均匀性及法规符合性,并结合配光性能试验证实了LED透镜模组的可行性。同时,建立了LED与散热器形式的热量模型,评估了散热器的表面积与成型工艺对LED透镜模组散热效果的影响。
The LED low beam lens module was mainly reseai^ched. Illumination intensity homogeneity and conformance to regulations of LED headlamp were improved by combining projection and theory of free-form surface. The feasibility of LED lens module was confirmed by means of photometric test. Meanwhile, mathematical model of LED and heat sink radiation was established, and the influence of surface and moulding process of heat sink radiation to LED lens module was evaluated.
